The design expands the existing kitchen to create an open-plan arrangement of kitchen, dining and living areas, enhancing views through the home and strengthening the relationship with the rear garden. The extension create subtle spatial separation while maintaining a continuous flow of natural light. Large doors and an enlarged rear window open the home to the garden, improving both visual connection and day-to-day use. Two rooflights draw additional daylight deep into the plan.
