This project delivers a new two-storey industrial building within the Beaver Industrial Estate in Hounslow, providing four flexible light-industrial units for small and medium-sized businesses. Positioned alongside a retained warehouse, the scheme intensifies site use while preserving the established industrial character.
The design prioritises operational efficiency, with carefully planned servicing areas to accommodate deliveries and daily industrial activity. The layout ensures the site functions effectively for occupiers while maintaining safe circulation for vehicles and pedestrians.
