Developed as part of the wider Vision Masterplan, the building consolidates leadership, operations, training and shared amenities within two double-aspect blocks arranged around a central courtyard. This layout creates a calm, shaded core that encourages informal exchange while maximising daylight, views and cross-ventilation to the working areas.

learning / working
Reception, learning and meeting spaces activate the ground floor, while workspaces and quieter functions are positioned along the perimeter for comfort and focus. Generous terraces, verandahs and shaded walkways blur the boundary between inside and out, supporting a healthier and more sociable workplace culture suited to Chennai’s climate.

Materiality draws inspiration from the region’s craft heritage and the masterplan’s Woven Legacy narrative, using textured brick, screens and layered façades to provide solar control while giving the building a strong, contextual character.
Currently at concept stage, multiple massing and terrace options explore different balances between compactness, shading and outdoor amenity, ensuring flexibility as the campus evolves.
