Positioned at the entrance to the campus, the R&D Experience Centre acts as an iconic gateway building, representing the values and ambitions of the RPG Group. Its prominent location establishes a clear identity for the site while offering visual connections across the wider manufacturing facility.

The building design is underpinned by an aspirational sustainability agenda, incorporating passive environmental design strategies, modular and prefabricated construction systems, and principles of material reuse and recycling as integral design drivers.

Measuring between circa 24 metres in width and approximately 74 metres in length, the three-storey building accommodates laboratories, testing facilities, offices and supporting functions within a highly efficient footprint. Designed to host around 150 members of senior management and specialist staff, the facility supports both day-to-day operations and visiting local and international delegations.

Conceived as the public face of CEAT Specialty’s operations, the building provides a platform for collaboration and innovation, reinforcing the company’s leadership in tyre manufacturing through architecture, performance and clarity of organisation.
